OK kids, we all eat and it's one of my favorite things to do pig
So what I'm thinking is I'd like to hear what you guys do for chow. Share your favorite reciepe. It doesn't have to be perfect, were all adults here Wink . Just the general idea so we can try out something different.
So, since it's my drain bamaged idea, I'll start with The Hot Dog . Sausage, Banger, Kielbasa, Wee Nee, it's all good. In a bunn from the grill. Here's how we do it in PetalumaThe Cooking Corner Hotdog10

What's for dinner??

ok here goes.
You take boneless chicken breast and pound it out a little between to layers of plastic wrap or a bag. Flatten it out . keep ie cool. next your gonna mix some soft cheese ( i don't know what you got0 with a little bread crumbs to make a filling . put some chhes stuff in the chicken breast and carfully roll it up with the cheese inside.
mix up 1 egg. dip the rolled chicken into some flour to coat it. shake off the extra and then into the egg. roll it around to get him wet. take it out and into some bread crumbs. roll it around till he's all covered in bread crumbs.
now, your gonna brown this little guy in some oil. turn it over and brown it all around. when he's all browned up, move him into a hot oven to finish cooking the chicken. not to long or the cheese come s out a lot.
serve with rice and a green vegetable Very Happy

DUDE. Way to go Paul!! Very Happy
I was a chef / cook for years before meeting my wife and starting the bakery.
prep/ line cook/ sous chef. It's an honest profession. But you do miss out sometimes especially around the holidays. Restaurants and bakerys are crazy at that time of year.

kewl.

Just before i quited i got an offer to be chefcook of a restaurant in my neighbour. But i couldn't go for it.

I also worked in a bakery before i went to cooking school. as help. And also worked a while as a butcher. 1,5 years in a butcher's shop. I made all kinds of sandwich fillings (hams, salami, black pudding etc, etc) and the sausages and minced meat etc etc. was pretty good in it btw. until i got an argue with the bosses wife Sad

On holidays its going hectic in those jobs. bakery and chrismas: worked for 40 hours straight. Butcher and christmas, summer, eastern etc. pfff don't get me started about those hours.

totaly mayhem gheghe.

now working in fire safety of buildings. Love to work i do now Wink

Like you put out the fires, aka fireman, or sprinkler installation and building safety?

Now where are those freakin recipes.
Start with the sausage. What kind of spices and the like?
Sausage is my one weakness. besides beer. and maybe...
