My brother and I after 4 hours fishing in a local trout pond

2 days of fishing there ( 8 hours totaly) we catched 87 rainbowtrouts and 8 salmon-trouts

anyone wants a trout for dinner toninght?

What's your favorite way to cook em? A little dusting of flour, salt and pepper and brown them in a skillet.

I like them different ways. I had a bunch of them get smoked in a smokington.

Oven, grill, pan, frying, steaming, bbq, all kinds of ways to cook them. and all are nice is my opinion. just like to eat fish.

in about 4 weeks we go back

Ya smoking. Do chicken like that from time to time. Yumm. soak it in a brine for a couple hours before you do the smokin. and turkey.
